RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your frames or sunglasses, we will provide you with a store credit up to the value of your purchase valid for 6 months. Store credits will only be applied once all returned goods have been safely received in their original packaging and in original condition.

All international sales are final and cannot be returned.

In order to qualify for returns and exchanges, goods must be returned within 7 days from the date that your order is received, in the original packaging and in original condition. If your order meets these criteria, we will arrange the collection of goods from your shipping address. If you fail to meet these criteria, the goods will be ineligible for return or exchange. 

To exchange an item or request a return, please email [email protected] using the subject matter ‘exchange’, and include your order number in the body of the email. Please specify the product you would like to exchange the original one for. We will then confirm whether the exchange can be arranged or not. 

SHIPPING

Optiko offers free shipping on all orders.

All Optiko packages require an adult signature, once your package has been delivered to the correct address. Optiko is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to ship your order to a secure location.

Orders will be shipped pending item availability and order volume.

Upon arrival in the destination country, orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear all or any additional charges for customs clearance.

Optiko is not responsible and has no control over additional charges or delays due to customs clearance and cannot predict what they may be.
